FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions):

Do I need to set-up a new account on the new website?

No. Your account has been transferred to the new website, along with more two years of order history.

To access your account, click My account on the menu bar and simply log-in using the email address associated with your Ultimate Account.

Will I be prompted for a new password?

Yes. An email has been sent to all email addresses on file telling you your primary email address (used to log-in) and prompting you to update your password before placing your first order. If you need assistance:

Our office has multiple log-ins for different users. Will all log-ins work on the new site?

Unfortunately, no. The new site limits log-in information to the one email address associated with the account.

Will I need to re-enter my credit card information?

Yes. On your first purchase, you will be asked to enter your credit card details again. For security reasons, this information was not migrated to the new website.

Do I have to re-enter my ship-to addresses?

No. All ship-to addresses have been imported into the new website. Choosing your ship-to address is easy on the new website.

Will I get my backorders for orders placed before April 1st?

Yes. All backorders will be migrated into the new system and shipped to you whenever the merchandise arrives at our warehouse.

Will I have the same account manager?

Possibly. Your office will have a dedicated account manager. The sales team has expanded and territories have been realigned. You may have a new account manager. You also have access to our Customer Service team that is readily available to take your order, process a return and answer any question you may have. You may ask to be transferred to your account manager at any time. 

When is the Customer Service Team available?

Customer Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 7am until 7pm CST. The CSR team works out of Safco’s Buffalo Grove, Illinois corporate headquarters.  

When I call Ultimate's 800 number, who answers?

The Customer Service department will answer your call. CSRs will be able to take your order, process a return or answer any question about your account. 

Why is Ultimate Dental merging with Safco?

In June 2022, Safco Dental Supply acquired Ultimate Dental. We’re combining sales teams and websites to simplify your supply ordering process and to ensure you receive all benefits available through Safco.
