In stock: The item is on our shelves and ready to ship. We maintain an inventory of the vast majority of the items we sell; 98% of items are shipped same-day straight out of our warehouse.

Partially in stock: We have at least one of the item you requested in stock, but the rest of the items will be on backorder for approximately 7-10 business days.

Backordered: If an item is backordered, it will generally ship out of our warehouse in approximately 7-10 business days, unless there are delays from our vendors. If an item on promotion is backordered at time of order, the purchase will qualify for free goods if the order is placed prior to the promotion's expiration date. Special order: We do not stock this item, but we will happily place a special order to get it for you. These orders typically ship out of our warehouse in approximately 7-10 business days.

Direct from mfg: We will arrange to have the item shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. These orders typically ship out from the manufacturer in a few days.

Discontinued: This item has been discontinued and is no longer available for sale.
