The class 4 multi-parameter chemical indicators confirm exposure to steam, temperature and time. Blue-tinted, see-through, self-seal pouches feature an extra-wide 7⁄8" adhesive strip. Produced with lead-free inks.
- Medical grade paper (36# high wet strength kraft)
- 5 ply coax polypropylene laminate (transparent blue tint)
- Turns from pink to dark brown/black upon exposure to steam sterilant at 2 minutes and a minimum of 250 degrees Fahrenheit (121 degrees Celcius).
- Indicators respond to chemical vapor (pink to light brown) and ethylene oxide gas (green to brown).
