Who is eligible?

Customers spending over $3000 per quarter can join the VIP program by opting-in. For the first quarter of membership, the usual minimum spend requirement is waived. Please note that customers can only be members of one crediting program, and members of (ODA/CDS) crediting programs are excluded.

 

5% Safco Cash Credit to Your Account with Quarterly Business Review

 

Savings from retail pricing may come at time of purchase or via payment credit on a future Safco order. The credit will be posted to the member’s account after the quarter closes, which will be good for up to 45 days (expires on the 15th of the following month). The credit will be added automatically to any online or customer service called-in orders.

After the close of the quarter, members will be emailed a Business Review that will detail their past three months purchases, overall savings and the amount of additional Safco Cash Credit they have earned on any purchases not already discounted. Savings will come upfront and/or in the form of a credit. This will ensure each member can keep track of their Reward value that they have earned from the program. The more you participate the more you benefit.

Submit your purchase history for a Price Comparison analysis

 

1. Just send a copy of your current purchase history to VIP@safcodental.com for an expense audit and we will do the work for you. Your purchase history report can be as simple as a picture of an invoice(s) or an exported report from your current provider. Your purchase history should include the product description, manufacturer #, competitor item # (if available), and price you are currently paying.

2. Our team will review your purchase history and show you comparable products and how much you can save as a VIP member with your membership benefits.

FAQ Section

Safco Cash Credit information:

  • Credits are accrued after meeting the $3,000 threshold per quarter and are posted to your account at the close of the quarter.
  • Credit due will be calculated on items not already discounted at time of purchase.
  • Once posted to your account, the credit will be automatically applied to your next order.
  • If you have a credit posted to your account, you will see it in your cart when you check out.
  • Credits will expire on the 15th of the following month after receiving them, giving you 45 days to use them. 

To see the credit dollar amount you could earn, while on a product page, hover over the VIP logo next to the price of the product and the Safco credit dollar amount will appear.

Credits - Where can I see the credit dollar amount I could earn for each product?

When you log into your Safco web account and search for a product, you will see the VIP logo next to the price of that product. If you hover over that logo, you will see the credit dollar amount.

Orders - How do I place an order?

There are 3 easy ways to order:

 

  • Safco Online Portal (Include link to website)
    – After you have enrolled, you are provided login credentials to the Safco website.
  • Contact your assigned Safco sales representative
    – Text, call, or email your assigned Safco sales representative. They can answer any questions and complete your order for you.
  • Contact Safco customer service
    – Contact the Safco customer service department to ask questions and submit your order.

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

Orders – How can I track an order?

Web Account - What do I do if I forget my Safco website login credentials?

  • If you forget, at the login page, click on the “Forgot your password?” link and you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
  • If you want to update/change your current password, log into your Safco web account and go to My Account/Manage Password to make the change.

Web Account - Where can I find my credit amount?

There are several areas you will be able to see your credit amount: (NOTE: If you use credit dollars on an order, you will not see the credit value decrease until the order is fulfilled.)

 

1. Web Account: Log into your Safco account, click on My Account and you will see it in green in the upper right of the page

 

2. In your cart, as you are building an order.

 

3. On your order confirmation page, order confirmation email & shipping confirmation email.

 

4. On the invoice that is packed into the order box and any invoice reprints.

 

5. Quarterly Business Review: this will be emailed to you within the first 5 business days after the quarter ends.

Billing/payment – How do I pay for my order online?

  • When you order through the Safco website, you can submit payment online via credit card or eCheck. Your Safco account also allows you to save your billing information, if you choose to do so, for future purchases.
  • Once shipped, you will receive an invoice for that order.

Billing/Payment - Can I be billed for my purchase instead of paying via credit card or eCheck?

  • Yes, there is an option to be billed for your order. For convenience and faster processing, members can select “Bill me” during online checkout.
  • Once the order is shipped, you will receive an emailed shipment confirmation and a physical invoice in the box.
  • Payment is due 30 days from the date of shipment.
  • If payments become outstanding, credits may expire, and future credit will not be earned.

Billing/Payment - What is the billing process? Will I get an invoice?

There are two payment options:

 

  • Credit Card/eCheck – Pay online via credit card or eCheck through the Safco website when you order.
  • Billed/Invoiced – Select “Bill Me” at checkout and receive an invoice for payment via email when your order is shipped.
    – Once the order is shipped, you will receive an invoice.
    – Payment is due 30 days from the date of shipment.
    – A monthly statement will be provided for any outstanding balances.

Shipping - Does Safco provide/have free shipping?

  • Safco is proud to offer free shipping for orders over $250. If your order is less than $250, the shipping charge per order is a $14.95 flat rate.
  • Safco does not charge for extra handling fees or fuel surcharges.

Shipping - What is your cut off time for same day shipping?

  • For same day shipping, you will need to place your order by 5:30pm EST, Monday-Thursday (4:30pm EST on Friday). Shipments do not go out on Saturday or Sunday.

Returns - What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Safco and are happy to give you the opportunity to try new products at NO risk. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return any product for a complete refund, even if opened and used.

 

  • If you need to return an item, call Safco customer service at 800-621-2178 within 30 days of shipment and we will issue a full credit or refund.
  • To return an item, simply box up the product with a copy of the invoice included, affix the shipping label and give to your UPS rep the next time they visit your office.
  • If the returned item is an Rx or pedigree item, you will need to fill out a drug authorization form and send it back to Safco in order for the return to be processed.
  • For all handpieces and small equipment, you may use one in your office on trial; we can only accept the return of one unit in used condition.

Non-stock items – If I don’t see a product on your website, can you still order it for me?

  • If we currently stock other products from the manufacturer, we may be able to order it for you.
  • You will need to contact Safco customer service at 800-621-2178 and provide the manufacturer name and item #. If we can place the order, there will be a 2-3 week lead time.
  • All special order/non-stock items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Inventory/Stock - how do I know if an item is in stock?

  • When searching an item on the Safco website you will see if it is in stock or on backorder underneath the item description.
  • If the item is on backorder, you can request to be notified once it is back in stock by clicking on “Notify Me”. You will then enter your email address and an email will be sent to you once the product is in stock.

Backorders – what is your process for backorders? How are they handled?

  • If an item is on backorder, typically it will be replaced and shipped from our warehouse within 7-10 business days.
  • Once In stock it will ship separately, and you will be billed once its shipped.
