These savings are the minimum that a member can receive because members ALSO have the opportunity to take advantage of ALL Safco promotions and Manufacturer Free Goods Offers, which include many offers like Super Sale Tuesdays and Freebie Fridays.

Savings from retail pricing may come at time of purchase or via payment credit on a future Safco order. The credit will be posted to the member’s account, which will be good for up to 90 days and added automatically to any online or customer service called-in orders.

After the close of each month, members will be emailed a Business Review (see below example) that will detail their previous month of purchases, overall savings and the amount of additional Payment Credit they have earned. This will ensure each member can keep track of their CDS value that they have earned from our partnership. Think of this like how a Loyalty Program typically works – the more you participate the more you benefit. Although, in this one, there isn’t anything extra you have to do to earn or use the payment credits that Safco and the CDS are delivering to you!

SIGN-ON-BONUS – VALUE $150

$150 Safco savings credit will be awarded upon achieving specified thresholds within the initial 3 months of joining Safco. The bonus will be distributed as three $50 credits, granted when a member places orders of $500 or more in each of the initial 3 months of program enrollment. This additional incentive is applied alongside the aforementioned savings rates and will be provided during the monthly crediting process.

CDS Customer Credit Explanation

Guaranteed Savings Credits are calculated at the individual product level. Each product you purchase is guaranteed to have at least a 10% discount on National Brand and a 30% discount on Safco Brand. At the end of the month, you could have a net savings higher than the guaranteed savings depending on whether or not you took advantage of any promotions/discounts we offered throughout the month on a product or individual purchase.

Offering you a credit on your ordering is the easiest, most effective way for Safco to reward you for being a loyal CDS member and continue to maximize benefits every month, for as long as you remain a member. Savings may be instant savings at the time of purchase or in the form of customer credit for use on future Safco orders.
Guaranteed Savings of 10% on National Brands (like 3M, Dentsply, and Kerr) and 30% on Safco’s high-quality line of private label products.
Guaranteed Savings in the form of a credit and will be automatically added to your account the following month, for use on future Safco orders. For each product you purchase, we guarantee you’ll be getting the BEST deal available to you that day.
From your Safco web account, go to My Account/Track Orders and from there, you will be able to track your outstanding orders.
– Example 1: If a National Brand product is on a “5% off” promo the day of your purchase, we’ll provide you with an additional 5% credit to get you to a total of 10% savings.
– Example 2: If a National Brand product is on a “20% off” promo the day of your purchase, you will not receive a credit as you’ve already exceeded you guaranteed 10% savings.
While you cannot combine your guaranteed savings as part of this program with existing discounts / promos, you can still participate in manufacturer-sponsored promotions.

Credits are accrued throughout the month and are posted at the end of each month.
Once posted to your account, the credit will be automatically applied to your next order.
If you have a credit posted to your account, you will see it in your cart when you check out.

To see the credit dollar amount you could earn, while on a product page, hover over the CDS logo next to the price of the product and the manufacturer credit dollar amount (if it applies) and the Safco credit dollar amount will appear.

When you log into your Safco web account and search for a product, you will see the CDS logo next to the price of that product. If you hover over that logo, you will see the Manufacturer credit dollar amount (if it applies) and the Safco credit dollar amount you could earn if purchased.

As an added value to you, we have contracted with several manufacturers and negotiated additional savings (on top of your guaranteed savings) on select products. Each time you purchase any of these products, you will receive savings in the form of a credit that will be posted to your account at the end of each month. These savings will also be outlined in your monthly business review by manufacturer.

When you order through the Safco website, you can submit payment online via credit card or eCheck. Your Safco account also allows you to save your billing information, if you choose to do so, for future purchases.
Once shipped, you will receive an invoice for that order.

Yes, there is an option to be billed for your order. For convenience and faster processing, members can select “Bill me” during online checkout.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive an emailed shipment confirmation and a physical invoice in the box.
Payment is due 30 days from the date of shipment.
If payments become outstanding, credits may expire, and future credit will not be earned.

There are two payment options:

Credit Card/eCheck – Pay online via credit card or eCheck through the Safco website when you order.
Billed/Invoiced – Select “Bill Me” at checkout and receive an invoice for payment via email when your order is shipped.
– Once the order is shipped, you will receive an invoice.
– Payment is due 30 days from the date of shipment.
– A monthly statement will be provided for any outstanding balances.

Safco is proud to offer free shipping for orders over $250. If your order is less than $250, the shipping charge per order is a $14.95 flat rate.
CDS member receive a once-per-month reduced shipping threshold of $100, shipping charges will be credited at the end of the month and noted in the business review emailed monthly.
Safco does not charge for extra handling fees or fuel surcharges.

For same day shipping, you will need to place your order by 5:30pm EST, Monday-Thursday (4:30pm EST on Friday). Shipments do not go out on Saturday or Sunday.

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Safco and are happy to give you the opportunity to try new products at NO risk. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return any product for a complete refund, even if opened and used.

- If you need to return an item, call Safco customer service at 800-621-2178 within 30 days of shipment and we will issue a full credit or refund.
- To return an item, simply box up the product with a copy of the invoice included, affix the shipping label and give to your UPS rep the next time they visit your office.
- If the returned item is an Rx or pedigree item, you will need to fill out a drug authorization form and send it back to Safco in order for the return to be processed.
- For all handpieces and small equipment, you may use one in your office on trial; we can only accept the return of one unit in used condition.

If we currently stock other products from the manufacturer, we may be able to order it for you.
You will need to contact Safco customer service at 800-621-2178 and provide the manufacturer name and item #. If we can place the order, there will be a 2-3 week lead time.
All special order/non-stock items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

When searching an item on the Safco website you will see if it is in stock or on backorder underneath the item description.
If the item is on backorder, you can request to be notified once it is back in stock by clicking on “Notify Me”. You will then enter your email address and an email will be sent to you once the product is in stock.

If an item is on backorder, typically it will be replaced and shipped from our warehouse within 7-10 business days.
Once In stock it will ship separately, and you will be billed once its shipped.
