We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Safco, so we \'re proud to give you the opportunity to try new products - at no risk to you.
If you are not fully satisfied with a product, just call us within 30 days of shipment and the following will apply:
Supplies:
Before 30 days of purchase - All supplies can be returned or exchanged if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
After 30 days of purchase - Unopened returned within a year, and with a minimum of 1 year shelf life for exchange or credit on account only. Opened supply returns will not be accepted.
Equipment (including handpieces):
Before 30 days of purchase-
No Equipment returns after 30 days of purchase. Dropship/special order items cannot be returned.
Safco provides totally free shipping to the 48 continental states -- no shipping charges, no handling fees, no fuel surcharges. The following exceptions apply:
- Orders under $250.00 have a $14.95 service fee.
- C.O.D. orders: $20.00 C.O.D. fee. Safco waives this fee for orders over $500
- Hazardous materials fee: Hazardous products have a UPS charge of $40
- Next Day Air and other premium shipping services are available at an extra cost.
Yes. Please contact customer service with a list of products you are interested in, or invoices from dealers you want a comparison against. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing.
Orders received by 4:30 PM Central time Monday-Thursday (3:30 PM on Fridays) are routinely shipped the same day.
